Introduction to the 500W LED Solar Street Light Project in Lebanon

1. Project Background
Due to unstable grid coverage and tight power supply, Lebanon urgently needs to deploy an independent power supply, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and simple maintenance road lighting system. This project covers a variety of application scenarios such as township main roads, park roads, community lanes and mountain roads, aiming to improve public safety, facilitate residents’ night travel, and help green infrastructure construction.
After multiple rounds of technical comparisons and product testing, our company’s independently developed 500W integrated LED solar street light system was finally selected, which won customer recognition for its excellent luminous efficiency, stable endurance and protection performance.
2. Product configuration and technical parameters
The LED solar street light used in this project has a total lamp power of 500W, integrating high-performance light source and intelligent control technology. The core configuration is as follows:
Light source type: SMD 3030 high-brightness LED, light efficiency up to 150LM/W
Battery system: 12.8V lithium iron phosphate battery, capacity up to 42Ah, cycle life ≥2000 times
Solar panel: 6V 100W high conversion rate monocrystalline silicon solar panel.
Control mode: integrated light control + radar sensing + time control multi-mode intelligent control system
Endurance: continuous rainy working time ≥ 3 days under full power
Protection level: the whole lamp is IP66 waterproof, wind resistance level ≥ 12
Installation height: recommended installation height 6-7 meters, irradiation radius 12-15 meters
Structural material: thickened aluminum alloy lamp body + PC anti-ultraviolet lens, anti-corrosion and anti-rust

Efficient energy utilization
Utilizing Lebanon’s abundant sunshine resources throughout the year, solar panels are efficiently converted, and low-energy LEDs are used to achieve complete off-grid operation, without laying cables, and construction is more convenient.
Intelligent lighting control system
The lamp has a built-in intelligent chip, which automatically charges during the day and automatically lights up at night. It has high brightness when people come and low brightness when people leave, which further improves energy efficiency.
Modular design for easy maintenance
The battery, drive, and light source modules are designed independently, which makes later maintenance more efficient and reduces maintenance costs.
Adapt to complex environment, safe and stable
It has the performance of high temperature resistance, dust resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., and can adapt to the changeable climate of Lebanon, such as mountainous, sea breeze, humidity and heat.
Localized customization and OEM service
According to customer needs, it supports laser engraving LOGO, packaging customization, CCT adjustment, and personalized design of irradiation angle to meet the diverse needs of the project.
IV. Project results and customer feedback
A total of 1,000 sets of 500W LED solar lamps were delivered and installed in this solar street light project, covering multiple municipal areas and rural roads. After the completion of the project, the night lighting environment was significantly improved, and the safety factor of residents’ travel was significantly improved. Municipal departments and community residents highly praised the lighting brightness, endurance and product appearance.
